To locate a patient, visit one of the Information Desks at either campus, or call either of the main numbers below and ask for Patient Inquiry.

Birchmount campus:  416-495-2400

Provide the name of the patient that you are inquiring about, and the Patient Inquiry Representative will give you the room number and extension only.

For any other information, visitors must inquire at the nursing station.
