The Scarborough Hospital is easily accessible by public transit. Toronto Transit Commission buses run regularly along Lawrence Avenue, McCowan Road and Birchmount routes.

The General campus is located at 3050 Lawrence Avenue East, on the northwest corner at McCowan Road.

The Birchmount campus is located at 3030 Birchmount Road, just north of Finch Avenue.
