TSH’s Sleep Diagnostic Centre is a registered sleep laboratory staffed by registered polysomnographers who accommodate and monitor our patients throughout the evening/night appointments.  In addition, our respirologists who specialize in breathing and sleep disorders review all report results. With the help of our state-of-the-art equipment, all aspects of your sleep patterns will be recorded, assessed, and reported to your doctor within two weeks. 

A sleep study can be beneficial to many people with sleeping disorders. Our accommodations are comfortable and offer many amenities (private washroom, television, telephone) and our staff will assist your through the process, ensuring a relaxing experience. Sensors will be applied to your chest, head and leg that will pick up your sleep patterns. The process is painless and you’ll be able to move freely and turn over while you sleep. Most people are surprised to find they sleep quite well during the study.
